This policy explains what personal data 1lab.io (“1lab”, “we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If you have any questions, email hello@1lab.io.

What we collect

We only collect data you choose to give us:

  • Email address — when you join the newsletter, request the AI Pulse diagnostic, register interest in a course, or contact us.
  • AI Pulse assessment answers and result — the answers you submit and the resulting assessment output when you complete the diagnostic.
  • Anything you include in a message — for example, when you email us about a consultation or a product.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles on you. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiries and provide the service you asked for.
  • To send you the newsletter or updates you signed up for.
  • To notify you about a course or diagnostic you asked to be told about.
  • To understand aggregate site usage and improve the site.

Our lawful basis is your consent, or our legitimate interest in responding to you when you contact us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run this site:

  • Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website.
  • Google Workspace — holds our email. Anything you send us, and any newsletter signup or AI Pulse submission, including your email address, assessment answers, and results, is delivered to and stored in our own Google Workspace mailbox so we can provide the follow-up you request.
  • Vercel Analytics — cookieless, aggregate measurement of site usage.
  • Cal.com — if you book a consultation, to schedule and manage the appointment.

Each provider processes your data under its own privacy terms and applicable data-protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it — for example, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop using it. To make any of these requests, email hello@1lab.io and we will action it.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.
